Edge of the Earth

After a summer of cavorting in the peaceful, wide open spaces that shield the civilized world from Las Vegas, I will be moving to the paved human hive that is the greater San Diego area.  The rent is pure robbery, but at least my room has an ocean view and breezes.  I hope I am good at my job.  And that the cement-to-plants ratio doesn’t drive me batty.
